If after reading the Building Use Guidelines (found below) you wish to proceed with the use of our church, please fill in the form at the bottom of this page. It will be submitted to our Trustee Committee for approval; once approved, we will call you and make arrangements for you to come in and pay the Building Use Fee, if applicable.
